It's not easy to keep your cool when someone let's you down, When they hurt you by there actions and selfishness, People can be cruel and heartless thinking just about themselves, Placing their own feeling above yours, They don't care if your hurting even more, As long they are not hurting Avoiding the pain, Avoiding talking about it, Sometimes they don't wish to acknowledge what they do, They wish to forget it , For there own peace of mind, Maybe others should think about the suffering they cause, And the Heartache,

Never allow anyone to take advantage of you, Or your situation, For if you do, It will be of your very own making, You have to remember that, Learn from it, And Move On! Head held high, You will find you own peace of mind then:) If your lucky you won't repeat your mistakes, In the future! Hopefully , As long as you remember not to allow emotions, To guide your head. You are so precious!
